Mr. Janesko has been sculpting for over a decade. His initial involvement with sculpting began with the carving of wood and bone. These materials were selected primarily for their unique properties and availability. Since then, Stephen has expanded his artistic talents into metal and stone periodically casting limited addition bronzes. “Utilizing a variety of mediums helps to express one’s visions, while presenting challenges that are necessary for advancement, if one desires!” Stephen’s desire for sculpting manifests itself in a stylized form that ranges from realism to surrealism. Most of his works can be viewed at galleries in the Kansas City metropolitan area.
