Welcome to the on-line home of the Lawrence Cultural Arts Commission. The Arts Commission is the City’s advisory board on all matters of Public Art. Here you can learn about our ongoing programs: the Outdoor Downtown Sculpture Exhibition along Massachusetts Street; the annual Phoenix Awards, which applaud Lawrencians making significant contributions to local culture; and information on the Art Commission’s schedule of workshops and grants programs.
